Policy

All sales are final!

This means I will do whatever I can do to make sure you are happy with your purchase BUT I do not offer returns or refunds.

NO exchanges OR returns on custom items!

I will offer an exchange on NON custom items- IF it has an error I missed in production and I've been notified with photo evidence within 14 days of customer receiving the item.
Exchange will be granted in an item of equal monetary value.

Repair will be granted to qualifying custom items.
Repairs- if possible I will repair any issues of an item I handmade within reason and noticed within 14 days of receiving an item. (IE- missing fringe, missing stones, snap not functioning properly, etc)

General Wear can and will happen to items. 44 Creations is not responsible for damage caused by general use of item(s). Excessive wear and tear made to an item is made at the control of the customer.

 44 Creations WILL NOT copy other creators works. We will do our own version/interpretation, you may send photos for inspiration. Please do not ask us to copy another artists work- we WILL NOT DO IT.

44 Creations is also not affiliated with any brands used for embellishment, such as Hey Dude Shoes, Twisted X shoes, Vans Shoes, LAMO Shoes, El Paso Saddleblanket Co., etc. 44 Creations does not claim any rights to any brands used and are not made to compete with original brands. All products embellished by 44 Creations are legally purchased and lawfully embellished with artistic accents.
